To Job Seekers

I’m not sure if I want to change jobs right now, but am considering it. Can I still register?
Yes. We want you to search for jobs at your own pace so you can find the right fit for you. We don’t just want to help you find a job; we want you to find a job you can feel truly happy doing.

Many of our users are still working at their old jobs now. It is our career consultants’ job to help find you a job that fits your current situation. So whether you want to change jobs right away or just gather information, please do not hesitate to contact us
Do I need to go to one of your offices for an interview?
If it is difficult for you to come to one of our offices in person, we can arrange an interview via video call online.

To Companies

I don’t know much about visa procedures for non-Japanese employees.
Before employing a non-Japanese worker, you need to make sure the person has a visa that allows him/her to work. If he/she does, you should also make sure that the visa has not expired.
